1. Business Qualification

2. Sourcing 

We invest a lot of time in proactively mining for talent within each of our vertical specialisations across Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Computing, Data, AI & Machine Learning.

3. Screening 

Once we have sourced the talent, we make sure to validate their skills through various methods including technical screening, and tests and conducting formal and informal references. 

4. Servicing Customers

So post successfully completing a search we want to make sure that the candidates we've introduced have been through all the necessary steps involved in the pre-onboarding.
