Climate change is the greatest risk facing us all.
The concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) in our atmosphere, as of July 2021, is the highest it has been in human history.
Tropical forests are incredibly effective at storing carbon, providing at least a third of the mitigation action needed to prevent the worst climate change scenarios. Yet nature-based solutions receive only 3% of all climate funding.
We must bring wildlife and wild places back on an ambitious scale, in turn creating new livelihoods and protecting the planet for future generations. Our lives depend on it.
As part of our commitment to conservation and the environment, Pickhurst Partners will be partnering with the National Trust’s plant a tree foundation. For every successful placement we make, we will plant a tree and be part of the UK’s effort to plant and establish 20 million trees by 2030.
